HI I wan to ask wether is there a hadith which contains,,prophet saying that "i would have destroyed the houses of those people who do not attend prayers in mosque,but i am not doing it because there are women and children in the houses" so is it refering that its not important for woman to go mosque.

yes ,u should not stay without giving permission to woman if they ask,here,there is something to understand:that is :they didnt mention "going for prayer" u know that its not only prayers happening in mosque,there use to be lectures,,etc etc so ...
